Summary: Not the best transport links and for the life of me couldn't figure out how to turn the annoying red strip light off behind the bed. No wine glasses, pans or anything in the kitchen? Staff were really nice

Summary: The place was nice. Mini kitchen. There is no air conditioning or heating of any sort. We were cold September stay so my husband went to reception to ask about heating, the guy on the desk said it’s controlled centrally, how he asked there is no unit or radiator? We were offered blankets. I m all for saving the planet but when a hotel has 1108 rooms at €120 a night is the CEO saving the planet or his pocket.

Summary: Weather was super hot , so it made it nice having nice cold aced rooms. The best was super comfortable and the hotel room itself had loads of space and all the amenities to make our stay as amazing as it could. Employees were super friendly and extremely helpful. The whole experience was by far the best we have had. Thank you

Summary: The hotel itself was lovely very modern, we stayed 2 nights, towels weren't changed but that didn't bother us. The area was extremely quiet. 10-15 minute walk to metro, we also got public transport from Vienna airport easily which is great, but I wouldn't stay here if you wanted to stay local for food and drinks. There are 2 places to eat and a cafe near by (minutes from the hotel), the hotel has a bar with free coffee. This may have been my error not researching properly but i can not fault the hotel.

Summary: Staff were extremely accommodating and kind, especially after a long day of travelling when we arrived, Marco the hotel receptionist made us feel extremely welcome and was very funny. Check in and out was especially easy. Rooms were really clean with a really comfy bed and smart TV. The location of the Hotel is a handy 20 minutes into the centre of Vienna. However, we booked the kitchenette room and did our own cooking one night . Everything you need is there although there is no bowl to eat from or a chopping board. Otherwise this stay was absolutely perfect and was far above our expectations of the place. The bar downstairs is good value and a nice atmosphere and there is nice coffee and tea for free in both the room and downstairs. Brilliant!
